Wordly support
Wordly (also published as Termo in Portuguese) is a free word game from Roghan Games, available on the web, Android and iPhone. Use this page to get help, report a problem or ask us to delete your data.
How to get help
- Game questions. The how to play page explains the colors, the daily puzzle and the unlimited mode.
- A word that is missing or wrong. Send us the word, the length (4 to 7 letters) and the language, and we will check it against our lists.
- Progress and purchases. Tell us which device you use (Android or iPhone), the app version and what happened. Purchases are handled by Google Play and the App Store, and you can also manage or cancel subscriptions there.
- Bugs. Describe what you did before the problem, and include a screenshot if you can.
We read every message and usually answer within a few business days.
Request deletion of your data
The games do not ask you to create an account, and your progress stays on your own device. We do not keep a profile with your name or e-mail address. The advertising and analytics services used by the apps and the site (such as Google AdMob, Google Analytics and Firebase) may collect and store data, such as an advertising identifier or app usage, under their own privacy policies.
To ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you, or to ask what we hold, send us a request using the form below or write directly to the address in the next section. Include the e-mail address you used to contact us, so we can find your request.
After a deletion request is processed, personal data is kept for 30 days in case you want to recover it or we have a legal obligation, and it is not accessible or used for anything else during that time. After that, it is deleted.
For data collected by advertising and analytics services, you can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your phone settings, and manage your consent from the privacy settings link in the footer of this site.
